200g mushrooms (half a pack)

150g low-fat curd cheese

Sauté the cleaned and sliced mushrooms with the onion in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Chop the washed parsley.

Beat the 4 eggs with a mixer.

Add the sautéed mushrooms, curd cheese, spices, parsley, and salt to the eggs and mix again.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or cast-iron skillet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40–45 minutes.

Once baked, cut into 8 slices—1 slice equals 1 serving.
