For the Lahmacun Dough

1 egg

1 tablespoon yogurt

1 tea glass chickpea flour

1 teaspoon salt
For the Lahmacun Topping

120g medium-fat ground beef

1/2 medium onion

1 grated medium tomato
-
4 whole walnut halves – coarsely chopped

1/4 bunch parsley

Black pepper, salt, and optionally hot red pepper flakes or isot pepper

For the dough, place the egg and yogurt in a mixing bowl and whisk. Add chickpea flour and salt, and knead until a dough forms.

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out very thinly with a rolling pin.

Cut out 8 equal circles using a bowl or a large glass.

For the topping, grate the onion and chop the walnuts.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, grated tomato, walnuts, parsley, and spices. Mix well.

Place the dough circles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and evenly spread the topping over each one.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) until the tops are golden.
