Peel the peaches, cut them into small pieces, and place them in a blender.
Add the strained yogurt.
Blend the peaches and yogurt until smooth.
Peel the carrots and juice them using a juicer.
Add the carrot juice to the peach and yogurt mixture.
Serve chilled.
