Soak the chickpeas overnight, then boil and drain them.

Soak the dates in hot water for about 10 minutes to soften.

Remove the pits from the dates and place them in a food processor along with the chickpeas, peanut butter, and cinnamon.

Blend until you achieve a smooth, uniform mixture.

Spread the mixture onto parchment paper and divide into 10 bars.

Let the bars chill in the fridge for about an hour to firm up. To prevent sticking, place parchment paper between the bars.
