  • 6 large dates

  • 2 tablespoons homemade peanut butter

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • Soak the chickpeas overnight, then boil and drain them.

  • Soak the dates in hot water for about 10 minutes to soften.

  • Remove the pits from the dates and place them in a food processor along with the chickpeas, peanut butter, and cinnamon.

  • Blend until you achieve a smooth, uniform mixture.

  • Spread the mixture onto parchment paper and divide into 10 bars.

  • Let the bars chill in the fridge for about an hour to firm up. To prevent sticking, place parchment paper between the bars.
