  • 1 teaspoon honey (5g)

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (5g)

  • Roast the peanuts in a pan for about 5 minutes.

  • Let them cool slightly, then remove the skins.

  • Place the peanuts in a food processor, add the coconut oil and honey.

  • Process the mixture, pausing occasionally to rest the motor, until you reach a smooth and spreadable consistency.
