60 g 80% dark chocolate

Mash the bananas in a large bowl using a fork.
Add the egg, oats, and quinoa, and mix well.
Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to make it easier to shape.
Add the chopped dark chocolate and mix again.
Spoon the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (355°F) until the tops are golden brown.
