Juice of ½ lemon

Thoroughly wash the peaches and cut them into small pieces. Place them in a baking dish.
Add the lemon juice.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) until the peaches are golden and very soft.
Let them cool, then blend until you reach a marmalade consistency.
Transfer to a jar and seal tightly.
