  • 2 eggs

  • 10 whole walnuts, coarsely chopped

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 bunch dill, finely chopped

  • Salt

  • Oregano

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Black cumin seeds

  • In a bowl, combine the curd cheese, eggs, walnuts, baking powder, and dill until the mixture resembles cookie dough.

  • Add the salt and spices, then mix again.

  • Shape the dough into small round cookies by hand—you should get 15 to 18 pieces.

  • Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • Sprinkle black cumin seeds over the tops.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) until golden brown on top.
