  • 4 large dates

  • 1/2 tea glass of milk (50ml)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 small ripe banana

  • 4 teaspoons cocoa powder (10g)

  • 3 tablespoons oat flour (45g)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Tarifler

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for about 10 minutes to soften.
  2. Remove the pits and blend the dates with the milk into a purée.
  3. Separate the egg yolk from the white.
  4. Add the egg yolk, banana, cocoa, and oat flour to the purée and blend again until smooth.
  5. Beat the egg white with baking powder and salt until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the egg white foam into the batter, stirring slowly in one direction to keep it fluffy.
  7. Grease two soufflé ramekins and divide the mixture evenly between them.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 12 minutes.
