  • 2 tablespoons Livvy olive oil

  • Cumin

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Oregano

  • Mint

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  1. Place the boiled chickpeas in a bowl and toss them with olive oil and spices.

  2. Spread the seasoned chickpeas onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.
