Sweet Chickpea Balls

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas (150g)

  • 6 dates

  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts (50g)

  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • 1 level tablespoon cocoa powder (10g)

Tarifler

  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight and boil them.

  2. Soak the dates in hot water for about 10 minutes until they soften.

  3. Remove the pits from the softened dates and blend them in a food processor.

  4. Add the hazelnuts, boiled chickpeas, milk, and cocoa to the food processor and blend everything until well combined.

  5. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls with your hands. Let them rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
