1 green zucchini
1 carrot
1 tablespoon orzo or vermicelli pasta
1 tea glass meat or chicken broth
½ tea glass lactose-free milk
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Mint, salt

Dice the zucchini and carrot, then sauté them lightly.
Add the orzo/vermicelli, broth, and milk. Add additional water to reach your desired consistency.
Once it comes to a boil and the vegetables have softened, blend until smooth.
