200g yellow lentils (uncooked)

2 eggs

2 medium onions

2 spring onions

100g braided cheese (or feta cheese)

2 tablespoons whole wheat flour (30g)

1 bunch parsley

1 bunch dill

3 tablespoons Livvy Olive Oil

1 packet baking powder

1 teaspoon salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin

Soak the yellow lentils overnight, then boil them.

Blend the cooked lentils in a food processor until smooth.

Chop the onions and garlic, and sauté lightly with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

If using salty braided cheese, soak it in cold water for 20 minutes, then grate.

Finely chop the parsley, dill, and spring onions.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well incorporated.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) until the top is golden brown.
