1 kg sea bass, filleted

2 medium green apples, sliced into rings

2 medium onions, sliced into rings

1 lemon, thinly sliced

1 tea glass of water

Whole black peppercorns

Cut the filleted sea bass into 6 large pieces and season with salt.
Place the apple slices on the bottom of a pot. Then layer the onions, fish, and lemon slices in that order.
Add the bony parts of the fish to the pot as well to enhance the flavor of the broth.
Sprinkle with whole black peppercorns and add the water.
Cook for 15–20 minutes and prepare to serve.
