1 medium avocado (around 300g)

50g curd cheese

3 basil leaves

A pinch of dill

½ teaspoon salt

1 clove garlic

1 cherry tomato

Balsamic vinegar

Wasa Fibre crispbread (1 per serving)

Cut the slightly soft avocado and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

Add the chopped basil leaves and a pinch of dill.

Add the crushed garlic (we recommend using the salt while crushing the garlic).

Add the curd cheese.

Mix gently—don’t mash it into a full purée.

Spread the mixture on a piece of Wasa Fibre.

Top with thin slices of cherry tomato.

Finally, drizzle a little balsamic vinegar over the top.
