Wasa Fibre Avocado Sandwich

    • 1 medium avocado (around 300g)

    • 50g curd cheese

    • 3 basil leaves

    • A pinch of dill

    • ½ teaspoon salt

    • 1 clove garlic

    • 1 cherry tomato

    • Balsamic vinegar

    • Wasa Fibre crispbread (1 per serving)

Tarifler

  1. Cut the slightly soft avocado and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

  2. Add the chopped basil leaves and a pinch of dill.

  3. Add the crushed garlic (we recommend using the salt while crushing the garlic).

  4. Add the curd cheese.

  5. Mix gently—don’t mash it into a full purée.

  6. Spread the mixture on a piece of Wasa Fibre.

  7. Top with thin slices of cherry tomato.

  8. Finally, drizzle a little balsamic vinegar over the top.
