1 medium tomato
150–200 g ground beef
Olive oil
Green pepper
½ tea glass meat broth

Sauté the green pepper in olive oil.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Add the finely chopped tomatoes, then the zucchini on top.
Pour in the meat broth.
Cover and cook until the zucchini is completely tender.
