Avocado Sandwich with Wasa Fibre

Ingredients

Recipe

  • 1 mid-sized ripe avocado (ca 300g)
  • 3 basil leaves
  • a pinch of dill
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 50g curd cheese
  • 1 piece of Wasa Fibre (per serving)
  • 1 cherry tomato (in thin slices)
  • Balsamic vinegar
  1. Core out the ripe avocado and take its flesh into a bowl.
  2. Add 3 basil leaves and a pinch of dill in small pieces.
  3. Add crushed garlic (we used half a teaspoon of salt while crushing the garlic).
  4. Put the curd cheese.
  5. Mix them all, but do not mix too much. It should not be puree.
  6. Spread it on a piece of Wasa Fibre.
  7. Put sliced tomato on top.
  8. Pour a bit of balsamic vinegar on your sandwich.
