3 tablespoons oatmeal
1 tea glass of milk
1 local banana
1 teaspoon of cocoa
1 walnut
1 teaspoon peanut butter
In 1 bowl, mash half of the banana with a fork.
In a saucepan, cook the oats, milk and cocoa over low heat until thickened.
Mix the cooked mixture with the banana in the bowl.
Slice the other half of the banana and garnish with walnuts and peanuts.
