Mix the turkey meat with the marinade ingredients and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

In the meantime, melt the butter for the béchamel sauce first. Then add all the ingredients and cook with a wire whisk until you obtain a smooth sauce. After cooking, add the kashar cheese and mix.
Place the boiled cauliflower and turkey meat in the oven dish.
Add the kashar and turmeric béchamel sauce on top and place the tomatoes whole, cook in a 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Before removing from the oven, sprinkle the remaining kashar cheese and keep it in grill mode until it turns golden brown.
