1.5 cups lactose-free milk / 300ml
2 shots espresso / 30ml
25g chocolate protein powder
Cocoa
Milk foam
Mix 250ml of milk, chocolate protein powder and espresso in a shaker.
Put the 50ml of milk you have set aside in the French Press and froth it by quickly lowering and removing the plunger.
Pour the Ice Mocha into a serving glass and add 3-4 ice cubes, add the milk foam and garnish with cocoa and prepare to serve.
