Yogurt Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 tea glass of orzo
  • 2.5 cups of lactose-free yogurt (500 grams)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 3-4 cups of water
  • Salt

First, fry the orzo in a pan without adding oil until it turns slightly yellow. Add the egg, yogurt and flour to the pan and whisk. Add the orzo and water on top. Stir continuously, without changing direction, and with a wooden spoon until it boils. Add salt after it boils.
