First, put a small amount of salt into 1 bowl of yoghurt. Beat until you get a smooth consistency. Then spread it on the bottom of the serving plate. Then put 1 liter of water in a deep and slightly wide pot. Place the pot on the stove. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water and let it boil. After the water boils, turn the heat down very low. Crack the first egg directly into it from a low angle. Boil the egg for 3 minutes without stirring. Then take the egg out of the water with a slotted ladle. Place the egg on the yoghurt you spread on the bottom of the serving plate. Do the same for the other eggs. Finally, put 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a small pan. Put it on the stove and heat it.
