Artichoke Puree

Ingredients

Recipe

  • 3 artichoke hearts
  • 2-3 tablespoons Livvy Olive Oil
  • A pinch of dill
  • Water
  • Salt

Add artichoke hearts to a pot and enough water to cover them. Boil the artichokes until they are soft. Blend the boiled artichokes with olive oil and salt in a blender. Add finely chopped dill, mix and place on a serving plate. Garnish.
