We soak the quinoa in cold water for 1 hour in advance. We put the minced meat in a large bowl. We grate the onion, finely chop the parsley and add it to the bowl. We add salt. We add the quinoa and buckwheat flour and knead the minced meat well. We take pieces the size of marbles from the minced meat and roll them. Then we put the meatballs on a flat plate. We dice the onion and fry them in a little oil. After adding 4 cups of water and half a teaspoon of salt, we close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
