Baked Chicken Thighs (with 1 tablespoon Spinach or Purslane)

  • 1 chicken thigh (thigh)
  • 1 leveled teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt
  • Thyme
  • Mint
  • Salt
  • Livvy Olive Oil

Arrange the chicken thighs on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Prepare a sauce with tomato paste, water, yogurt, spices and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and spread it on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Serve with yogurt spinach or purslane. (boiled)
