Salmon Meatballs

Ingredients

Recipe

  • 4 pieces of salmon fillet, boneless
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 1 small onion (finely grated)
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • Salt

First, put the salmon that you have minced in a food processor into a mixing bowl.
Add the other ingredients and knead until it reaches the consistency of meatballs.
Shape it with your hands. Spread baking paper on a baking tray and place the meatballs on it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
