Beetroot Salad with Strained Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 270g beetroot (2 mid-sized beetroots)
  • 5 tablespoons strained yoğurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  1. Wash the beetroots, then peel them and finally grate them all.
  2. Saute the grated beetroots gently with olive oil.
  3. Allow the sautéed beets to cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mix the beetroots with garlic and salt. Enjoy your salad!
