Blackberry Jam



  • 300g blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup chia seed
  • Juice of half a lemon


  1. Cook the blackberries in a small saucepan for 8 minutes without adding water
  2. Let it cool after eight minutes are over.
  3. Add honey, lemon juice and chia seeds and mix.
  4. Put the mixture into a jar and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
