4 rice yufka sheets
100 gr minced meat
Half an onion (chopped finely)
50 gr white cheese or curd cheese
1 handful parsley (chopped finely)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp livvy_foods olive oil
Sauté the onion in a pan with a little water, then add the minced meat and cook well. Add salt and remove from heat.
Add the chopped parsley and crushed white cheese to the mixture and mix.
Soak the rice sheets one by one in warm water and soften.
Put the stuffing in the middle and roll them up like a spring roll.
Fry both sides in a pan with a little oil or bake in the oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
Bariatric Tip: For a lighter alternative, you can bake the spring rolls in the oven or fry them in an air fryer without oil!
