1 bunch of broccoli
1 medium onion
1 medium celery
2 small oranges for squeezing
1 medium carrot
2 tablespoons Livvy Olive Oil
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1 glass of water
2 glasses of chicken broth
2 glasses of milk
1 clove of garlic
salt, black pepper, powdered sweet red pepper, turmeric
Cut the roots of the broccoli and put the rest in a pot of boiling water and boil for 4-5 minutes. Then drain the water and let it sit. (This way it will not cause gas or upset your stomach)
Chop the onion and fry in the pot, add the garlic and continue to fry.
Chop the carrot and celery into cubes and fry
Add the flour and fry
Squeeze the juice of the oranges and add them to the pot, fry with the orange juice for a while. The orange gives the celery a nice flavor.
Add the water, chicken broth and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the broccoli and add the spices and cook for 1 boil
Add 2 cups of milk and cook for another boil
Let it rest for a while before serving
