300g Thracian aged kashar cheese
1 teaspoon thyme
Red pepper flakes
Grate the cheese on the finest side of the grater.
Add the thyme and mix.
Place a total of 12 pieces on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Press them down a little with your hand and spread them out.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until melted and crispy.
