Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

1 chicken breast – boiled, shredded
1 zucchini – seeds removed, diced
1 red pepper – diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp buckwheat

Boil the chicken and shred it, set aside the water you boiled the chicken in. Add oil to a pot, add all the vegetables to the pot and fry. Add salt. Then add the water and boil. Add the chicken to the boiling water. When the vegetables are cooked, beat the egg with buckwheat in a bowl. Add a ladle of the soup to this mixture, heat the mixture and add everything to the pot, add salt and cook on low heat until it reaches the consistency.
