Fit Mosaic Cake with Orange and Oat



  • 120g oat
  • 50g cocoa
  • 70g raw almonds
  • 1 25ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • Peel of 1 orange (grated)
  • 20g butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Coconut (to decorate)
  1. Chop the almonds into large pieces with a knife
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix until you get a dough consistency.
  3. Shape the mix as you wish, foil with a transparent cling film and put it in the freezer.
  4. Garnish with coconut and prepare for service.
  5. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving in order to slice it easily.
