Green Beans with Minced Meat

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of fresh green beans
  • 100 grams of lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small tomato
  • ¼ tea glass of olive oil
  • 1.5 cups of hot water

We wash the beans and divide them into two or three lengthwise. We cut the pieces lengthwise. We put the minced meat in a pot with oil and fry it. We add the chopped onion and fry it until it releases its water. We add the tomato that has been passed through the blender and fry it and add the beans. We add the hot water and cook it on medium heat.
