Peel 2 eggplants in strips and soak them in salt water for 10 minutes. Then cut them into small pieces and cook them on baking paper in a 200 degree oven for 15 minutes. Pour enough olive oil to wet the bottom of the pan and fry the onions. Then add the minced meat and pepper and fry. Add the eggplants that come out of the oven to the mixture and add the tomatoes. Add water and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
