2 cups boiled chickpeas / 260g
4 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
Chickpea boiling water
25g unflavored protein powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper powder
1 sprig chives, finely chopped
Throw the chickpeas into the food processor and blend.
Add all the ingredients except the boiling water and continue blending until you reach a smooth consistency.
For a creamy consistency, warm boiling water can be added little by little. The amount of water can be adjusted.
Place the hummus on a serving plate.
Heat olive oil and red pepper powder in a pan and pour over the hummus before serving.
