Meatballs (with yoghurt and pepper saute)

Ingredients

Recipe

  • 1-2 red peppers
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove of grated garlic

Pierce the peppers with a knife or fork and roast them in a 220 degree oven until they soften. Peel and chop them. Mix yogurt, grated garlic, salt in a deep bowl and add the peppers. Spread this mixture on a serving plate and add meatballs cooked in the oven or grill on top.
