Oatmeal Balls



  • 85g oatmeal (then transformed into flour form)
  • 6 dates
  • 50g raw hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 30g raisins
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • Coconut powder (to garnish)
  1. Put all ingredients except raisins and pumpkin seeds into a bowl and mix thoroughly until the mixture has a thick consistency.
  2. Finally add raisins and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Take small pieces from the mixture and form into balls.
  4. Put some coconut powder in a plate or bowl and roll the balls in the powder so that they are covered with coconut. The rolls are ready to be served.
