500 gr chicken breast
4 cups water
1/2 cup oats
1 cup yogurt
1 egg yolk
Dried mint, salt
Boil the chicken breast in water, separate the chicken broth.
Add the oats to the boiled chicken broth, boil until it softens completely.
Add 1 egg yolk to 1 cup of yogurt in a bowl, whisk.
Add the soup broth to the bowl, whisk, slowly add the mixture to the soup.
Add the dried mint and salt and continue to boil for about 5 minutes.
