Remove the peas from their shells and wash them in a strainer for 1-2 waters. Put the washed peas in a pot with cold water, add some salt, boil for 10 minutes after the water boils (If you find them hard or raw, you can boil them for 5-10 more minutes, but be careful not to lose their color). Add half a tea glass of the pea boiling water to the blender. Add olive oil, fresh mint, salt, and peas, close the lid and crush until it becomes a puree. (Add the pea boiling water from time to time if necessary.)
