90g pineapple
2 cucumbers
¼ bunch of parsley
Juice of half a lemon
1/2 teaspoons fresh ginge
Wash the parsley and remove the stems.
Peel the cucumbers and chop them into small pieces.
Squeeze the lemon.
Finely chop the fresh ginger.
Chop the pineapple into several pieces.
Put all ingredients into food processor and process until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Serve cold.
