Turkish Coffee Ground Smoothie

  • 1 tablespoon Turkish coffee (finely ground)
  • 75ml water
  • 1 medium size ripe banana, 150g
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons strained yogurt
  1. Put 1 tablespoon of Turkish coffee and 75 ml of water into a coffee pot.
  2. Put the coffee pot on low heat and stir gently until it boils.
  3. Pour its content into a coffee cup.
  4. Put all ingredients including the Turkish coffee in a food processor and mix well.
  5. Divide the content into two glasses and sprinkle a bit of finely ground Turkish coffee on top before serving.
