Mash the avocado with a fork and mix with the labneh cheese. Salt can be added if desired.
Crack the egg into an ungreased pan. Turn it over before it is fully cooked and let the white cook a little more.
Make sure that the yolk remains liquid.
Spread the avocado mixture on the wasa flakes and place the egg on top.
Sprinkle with flax seeds and basil and serve with tomatoes.
