Apple & Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 mid-size green apple
  • 2 cucumbers
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  1. Peel the apple, shred them into small pieces and put them into a food processor.
  2. Peel the cucumbers, shred them into several pieces and put into the food processor.
  3. Add mint leaves into the processor.
  4. Add lemon juice into the processor.
  5. Process all ingredients until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  6. Serve cold.
