Place the chicken thigh on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Prepare a sauce by mixing the tomato paste, water, yogurt, spices, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then spread it over the chicken. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F). You can serve it with yogurt-mixed spinach or purslane on the side (boiled).
