  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • ½ cup chia seeds

  • Juice of ½ lemon

Cook the blackberries in a small pot without adding any water for about 8 minutes.
Remove from heat and let them cool.
Add the honey, lemon juice, and chia seeds, and mix well.
Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
