Chicken Rice Paper Rolls

  • 4 rice paper sheets

  • 250 g boiled chicken breast

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 small carrot

  • 1 red capia pepper

  • Mint leaves

For the Sauce

  • 1 tomato

  • 2 hot red chili peppers

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Tarifler

Boil the chicken breast and let it cool, then shred it finely.
Slice the avocado into thin slices.
Julienne the carrot and red capia pepper into thin strips and sauté them separately in a wok pan.
Fill a large bowl with warm water and briefly dip the rice paper sheets for 3–4 seconds. Place the prepared ingredients in the center of each sheet and roll them up like stuffed grape leaves.
For the sauce, grate the tomato and mix it with the remaining ingredients.
