150 grams minced meat
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
1 green pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
1 tomato
1 teaspoon salt
Half a tea glass of olive oil

Peel the eggplant and soak it in salted water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, wash, clean, and chop the other vegetables as desired. In a pot, add the olive oil, diced onion, and minced meat. Sauté over medium heat. Add the chopped peppers and tomato, and continue to sauté a bit more. Then, mix in all the vegetables, add salt and about one glass of water. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
